| From: Anita Sahoo, VYZE INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well please find the requirement below and kindly let me know if you have good consultant for this Job Title: Program Manager - EU MDR Work Modality: Remote Duration: 6 months Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress Development of Communication mechanisms to report program status with program, site and BU leadership Operations Master Tracker with Portfolio Tracker & Risk Mitigations Tracker. Maintain Site level and BU level program tracking - Submission through operational implementation. Preparation and maintenance of Site Level & BU level reporting with risk analysis. Monitors schedules and assesses risk, prepares status reports Works across matrixed organization in collaboration with BU MTORs to ensure portfolio updates are completed weekly and trackers align. Prepare weekly report outs on status. Shares best practices, lessons learned and risk assessments across all BUs and shared services teams. Data analysis to determine risk, revenue exposure and mitigation strategy proposals. Communicates with Shared services teams to ensure visibility on all status updates, critical date shifts, risk. Preparation and delivery of program status communications & presentations at Enterprise level our client has 20 BUs with product portfolios for conversion to MDR Maintain communications with Distribution centers in collaboration with MTORs to ensure readiness for implementation. May require execution of other activities, not detailed above, in terms data monitoring, analysis and reporting as business requires. Education and experience : 4 years experience in a similar PM role Experience with tools and trackers used for high volume data analysis Prior experience rolling up risk findings to those in more senior roles in the business Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working at a fast pace Cross functional communication with multiple different stakeholders across different business units Best Regards, Anita Rani Sahoo Technical Recruiter, Vyze Inc.
