| Job Title Technical PM - Application Dev. Ability to work on-site in Monterey Park, CA, three days per week. 2. 10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on back-end application development projects. 3. Experience managing multiple end-to-end projects from start to finish from budget all the way to implementation 4. Extensive experience working in the utility industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and requirements. 5. Strong background in managing SAP and AWS projects, with the ability to understand and guide technical teams. 6. Experience with Project Management tools such as: Jira, Confluence, MS Project etc. 7. Proven track record in managing project budgets, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. 8. Expert level understanding of Agile methodology 9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 10. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget. PLUSES: 11. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications. 12. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, AWS cloud services, and related technologies. 13. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE ANSWERED BY CANDIDATE: Submission summaries need to address the Must Haves and Nice To Have JOB DESCRIPTION: Day-to-Day: - Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives for the development team. - Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented. - Monitor project timelines and ensure that deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon schedule. - Report regularly to senior management on project status, including any potential risks or issues that may arise. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure that third-party contributions are delivered according to contract terms. - Review and approve project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and test plans. Other Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee application development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. - Manage projects specifically related to SAP and AWS, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. - Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated appropriately and project costs are controlled. - Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and external vendors. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues. - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
