This role requires software engineering capabilities with ten or more years of experience. The candidate will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing various complicated IT analysis and programming tasks with creativity and latitude. Responsibilities include assisting the Project Leader/Manager in assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and appropriately escalating functional quality and timeline issues.
