Job Title: SAP SD/Settlement Management Consultant Job Location: India (Remote) Experience required: 10+ Yrs. Position Type: Full Time only Must-Have: Overall 10 years in SAP as SD consultants and at least 5 years of experience in Configure and implement SAP Settlement Management modules on Commission and Customer rebates according to business needs. Must have worked in 4-5 End to end SAP implementation projects Must have worked in SAP SD/OTC module at least in 1-2 S/4 HANA implementations. Analyze business processes related to settlements, proposing SAP-based solutions for Condition contracts, Accruals, Delta accruals, Delta settlement, Final settlement. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA CCM module for various settlements and accruals calculations Experience on External Commissions & Customer Rebates processes and cross-functional integration between SAP SD/FICO. Monitor and optimize settlement processes for efficiency and compliance. Serve as a go-to expert for resolving complex settlement issues. Ensure configurations comply with all regulatory and internal security guidelines. SAP OTC end to configuration/at least 2 end to end implementations experience including S4 HANA implementation experience. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of SD Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues; Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Familiarity with RICEFW objects, pricing routines, BADI, and BAPI implementations. Proven track in requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with both business and IT teams. Experience in testing, go-live preparations, and hyper care phases. Good-to-Have: Construction/Manufacturing industry background SAP HANA SD/CCM certification Experience with other SAP modules FICO Technical (ABAP) Knowledge/basic understanding of Settlement Management programs, User exits, Structures, CDS views & CCM reports.
