Job Title : Java backend Developer Location : Remote Experience: 12+ Years Duration : Long Term Contract & Passport No is Mandatory Mandatory Skills: Java Backend / Cloud / Agile/ Scrum / Kubernetes Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java. Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure high-quality code and robust unit testing. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using Splunk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide technical guidance to other team members. Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java. Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a solid understanding of its principles and practices. Experience with Splunk for logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB). Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
