| From: Kashish Agarwal, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Description - Oracle Fusion PPM / IT Production Support Location: Houston, TX Oracle Cloud Fusion PPM Candidate who is very well-versed in Production Support of PPM activities, primarily imports, integrations, and invoicing. Applicants must be willing to lead the IT application production support function, be a team player, train other IT team members, and work directly with end users. *This role is NOT implementing Oracle; it is a lead production support role. Essential Functions: Lead functional application resource for operational support and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud Fusion PPM application (Billing/Receivables/ Contracts). Design, maintain, and troubleshoot the integrations from applications that interface to PPM within an Oracle Cloud instance and external systems, such as payroll, time and attendance, and sales tax - Project Accounting. Maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules related to PPM and General Ledger. Design and configure Invoicing capabilities within Oracle PPM, understanding the impact on other modules, such as the General Ledger and Accounts Receivable. Support PPM reconciliation activities to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Collaborate with application and technical resources to manage data across disparate systems. Perform analysis, design, documentation, and testing of new or existing application functionality enhancements. Perform unit testing and integrated system testing of updates and modifications to ensure that the specifications are met and that there are no unexpected or adverse impacts on application performance and functionality. Actively participate in all application development life cycle phases and adhere to IT Change Management process. Provide support by managing end-user requests and monitoring service requests to ensure the timely resolution of business issues. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems-related field or equivalent experience. Experience Required: 3-5 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM). Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud financials modules that interface to Oracle PPM. Working experience and understanding of all application support and software development life cycle phases. Working knowledge of data extracts and updates within single or multiple tables.
