Experienced in creating and maintaining database objects such as tables, views, indexes. Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills; Strong ability to analyze requirements/build BI applications according to specifications Strong ability to handle the customers and offshore team. Provide support and guidance for Power BI users and stakeholders. Transform raw data into meaningful information to inform strategic business decisions. Qualifications: Working with customers directly and able to provide solutions. Familiarity with Power BI and governance practices in a BI environment. Experience in managing Power BI or similar BI tools. Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles. Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in establishing and managing Microsoft data and analytics environments. Proven experience as a Power BI developer, creating data-driven solutions and interactive dashboards. Expertise in data modeling, analysis, and visualization. Experience: Proven experience in a BI governance role or similar position. Hands-on experience with Power BI development, including data preparation, data warehousing projects, and familiarity with Microsoft BI stack (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS). Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications are a plus. Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
