Job Title: SAP Architect Location: Dallas, TX Onsite Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description: Technical Expertise: SAP Technical Development: Extensive experience managing technical developments in various SAP modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting), FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), SRM/SUS (Supplier Relationship Management/Supplier Self-Service), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Financial CRM Experience: Specific exposure and skill in Financial CRM within the SAP ecosystem. MS Azure Experience: Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure for deployment and releases. Best Practices and Innovation: Standards and Guidelines: Ability to set up best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP solution implementation. Proof of Concepts (POCs): Experience in designing and building POCs to drive innovation and assess new solutions. Leadership and Coordination: Multi-Location and Multi-Technology Leadership: Proven capability in leading multi-location teams (onsite, nearshore, and offshore), handling multi-technology environments (ABAP, FIORI, Middleware, Analytics), and managing multi-vendor teams. Project Planning and Coordination: Experience in building and maintaining complex project plans, coordinating with process teams, testing teams, and site teams for status updates. Operational and Performance Management: Performance Improvements: Track record of managing operational performance improvements while ensuring process consistency and adherence to business controls. Crisis Management: Skills in leading efforts in crisis management, continuous improvement, and prevention of recurring problems. Client Interaction and Solution Development: Negotiations and Client Solutions: Experience in negotiating new opportunities, resolving business-critical issues, and managing service scope changes. Ability to formulate, develop, and implement solutions in response to client requirements.
