Interviews will be remote. Skills: BUSINESS ANALYSIS, WORKFLOW, Process Mapping Job Description: Reviewing of current templates and standard operating procedures, including relevant Administrative Regulations. Interview Badge Image Office and Department Badge Liaisons to identify pain points and process gaps. Performing a gap analysis to identify opportunities for transformation from current state to future state. Prioritize list of processes or programs needing to be updated/created. Create/update the processes identified. Recommend updates to relevant Administrative Regulations. Each work process will have a checklist, process map, SOP, and templates. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred At least 3 years of experience in process mapping and continuous improvement Experience in either public or private security access / badging processes is preferred Municipal or utility experience is preferred.
