Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of a robust and scalable data architecture aligned with the S/4HANA data model. Develop and execute strategies to optimize data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the finance organization. Collaborate closely with finance business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions. Oversee the migration of financial data to the new S/4HANA environment, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process. Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in data management practices. Required Skills and Experience: 4-6 years of experience in data architecture, with a strong focus on finance-related data. In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA data model and its implications for financial processes. Proven expertise in master data management principles and best practices. Strong understanding of finance business functions and processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify data-related challenges and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and business teams.
