| Job Title: OBIEE/BI Publisher Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Rate: $40/hr c2c Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled OBIEE/BI Publisher Developer with genuine, hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and BI Publisher. This role is critical for driving our data reporting and visualization efforts, ensuring that key stakeholders have access to accurate and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement OBIEE dashboards, reports, and analytics. Create and manage BI Publisher reports, including templates and data models. Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Optimize and tune OBIEE queries and reports for performance and scalability. Maintain and enhance existing OBIEE and BI Publisher solutions to meet evolving business needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting and BI solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OBIEE/BI Publisher issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OBIEE/BI Publisher with other enterprise systems. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of genuine, hands-on experience with OBIEE and BI Publisher. Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with OBIEE RPD modeling, repository management, and security configuration. Ability to create complex BI Publisher reports, including multi-data set templates. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based BI solutions. Knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Certification in OBIEE or related BI tools.
