Also, our client likes candidates that have supported large enterprise environments. Candidates must have lived in the US for at least (5) years and can't have been outside the US in the last (5) years more than (6) months cumulative. This requirement is for the Public Trust Security Clearance. Documentation: The candidate must develop system and user documentation for both existing and newly deployed application software. The candidate must provide the following documentation: System Documentation Training Documentation User Documentation Additional Required Skills/Experience: A minimum of ten (13) years experience in business analysis, software development and/or related field; A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the indiviual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required. Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program; Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job; Experience training/mentoring less experienced personnel; Excellent communication skills.
