| Job Title: Product Owner - Insurance & AI Location: Iselin, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Owner with a robust background in the insurance domain and experience in artificial intelligence (AI). In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of our insurance products, leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market demands and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision : Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for insurance products with a strong emphasis on AI integration. Develop a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities. Stakeholder Management : Engage with stakeholders including clients, partners, and internal teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and ensure product alignment with business goals. Market Research : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for AI-driven enhancements in insurance products. Backlog Management : Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog. Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and requirements for the development team. AI Integration : Oversee the integration of AI technologies into insurance products, ensuring they add value and meet performance expectations. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to implement and refine AI models. Project Coordination : Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and improvements. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and usage data. Use insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize product offerings. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all product features and AI applications comply with relevant insurance regulations and industry standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the insurance industry. Proven track record of successful product management and AI project experience. Domain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with current trends and challenges in the insurance industry. Technical Skills : Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. Knowledge of AI tools and frameworks is desirable. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion.
