Job Title SAFe Project Manager Location Remote CA Contract 12+ Months We are currently seeking a SAFe Project Manager (Remote) to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience managing IT projects with at least 2+ years of experience in Scaled Agile framework ( SAFe) environment. Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery. Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics Job Description: SAFe Project Manager & Scrum Master with extensive experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to manage and oversee complex projects within our Agile release Trains. Candidate should have stron background in IT project management coupled with deep knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework( SAFe). This position requires a unique blend of technical project management expertise, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee needs. Employee-Centric Focus: Understand and advocate for employee needs, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable project requirements. Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies. Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.
