| QA Lead Exp: 10 to 12 yrs location Monrovia (California) Rate is bit challenging Mention Location --Relocation also works Testing (Manual and Automated), API testing Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test scenarios, Test case preparation Team leading skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills 8-12 yrs experience in Software testing, leading QA teams onshore and offshore Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI Experience with testing types like Functional, System Integration, End to End, Regression, Defect retesting Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment of quality objectives Ability to manage test environments, test data management Experience with Test and Defect Management tools like Zephyr, JIRA Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases. Expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts using functional testing tools like Selenium, Eggplant, Cypress or similar tools Exposure to POS system, including configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting. Working with projects in Retail Domain Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
