LOCAL Candidates to NY/NJ Highly Preferred ! Requirements : Operational (70%) Provide support for computers (both PC and Mac), printers, networks, and TVs. Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets for both our clinics and headquarters (HQ). Oversee the setup and configuration of computers for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees. Handle computer repairs, replacements, and general maintenance. Strategic (30%) Assess and provide insights on optimal IT infrastructure and improvements. Evaluate, formalize, automate, and streamline key IT processes, including: Onboarding and offboarding automation Helpdesk ticketing systems Clinic onboarding procedures Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Qualifications: Proven experience in IT management with a strong emphasis on both tactical support and strategic planning. Hands-on experience with IT support, including PC, Mac, printers, and network troubleshooting. Familiarity with helpdesk management and ticketing systems.
