Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the new operational plan, including IT systems and process improvements. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project goals. Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and milestones. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may impact the successful implementation of the plan. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that their needs are addressed. Facilitate regular project meetings and communication channels to keep all parties informed and involved. IT Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems into existing operations. Manage the implementation of IT solutions, including software and hardware, to support the operational plan. Ensure that IT infrastructure and systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. Change Management: Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the transition to new operational processes and technologies. Provide training and support to staff to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and procedures. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the implementation. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and provide insights to leadership. Analyze project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred. 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on operational and IT projects within the healthcare or insurance industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, insurance processes, and IT systems. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
