Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with automation/configuration management; Ability to write and support interfaces between the district's SIS/Business systems and ancillary programs. Experience with data integration and sharing by district cybersecurity posture while maintaining CIPA, COPPA, FERPA, and HIPAA compliance. Strong experience with SQL and MySQL; Advanced programming languages preferred with a working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, PowerShell, and/or others). Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, database administration, server management, data transfer protocols, such as SFTP, FTPS, API, and REST, data security posture management (DSPM) solutions, including but not limited to data storage, handling, security techniques. Experience with analytical software and basic statistical analysis, including but not limited to principles and practices of application analysis, debugging, testing, and security. In-depth knowledge of Skyward Student Information and Finance Systems, data import/export, data mining, PEIMS processes, reporting, and submissions per PEIMS Data Standards.
