As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Pega applications to support our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities: Design and develop complex Pega applications using the Pega Platform. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine requirements. Develop and maintain Pega components such as classes, rules, flows, and integrations. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Pega Platform, including Pega PRPC, CSS, and HTML. Hands-on experience in designing and developing Pega applications. Excellent understanding of Pega architecture, frameworks, and best practices. Proficient in Java/JavaScript programming languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
