Job Description: Lead the mobile automation testing efforts, overseeing strategy, frameworks, and team performance. Develop and maintain automation frameworks for iOS and Android apps using tools like Appium or Espresso. Manage test planning, execution, and integration into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Track defects and report on test results. Requires 8+ years of mobile test automation experience and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in languages such as Java or Python and tools like Appium or XCUITest is essential. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in QA or test automation are a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in mobile test automation with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript. Extensive experience with mobile automation tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Detox. Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and their respective UI guidelines. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
