This service focuses on change management, ensuring that healthcare professionals receive real-time guidance, training, and troubleshooting as they adapt to new digital tools and processes. This approach helps to minimize disruption, increase adoption rates, and ensure a smooth, efficient transition across the health system. RESPONSIBILITIES: For each site, train front desk staff on how to confirm patient insurance information was uploaded.
