Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs. Analyse customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective. Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners. Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in product design, technology, or related field. Experience with personalization and web optimization use cases across omni- channel, web optimization specifically in building modular components. Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across cross functional teams.
