| From: Mahendra, Rao [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing well, One of my premium clients is looking for, Job Role: SAS Administrator Location Newark, NJ (Hybrid) Project Type: Long-Term Contact Co-ordinate between Horizon & Vendor Resolve support/operations issues/concerns Ensure quality of deliverables Update and keep current the Horizon SAS Run Book with processes Participate in Horizon DR Exercises Co-ordinate with Infrastructure team to resolve operational issues Maintain & Enhance SAS Server Standards & Best Practices Document Confidential for Horizon Page 7 of 7 Role Responsibilities Maintain & Enhance documentation on SAS server disaster recovery Maintain Issue logs for future reference Documentation on SAS installation & upgrades Capacity Planning document Co-ordinate with Horizon for deployment activities of each release cycle Adherence and usage of Horizon's Incident management procedures and tools Lead the creation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by collecting inputs from support team on an identified problem and sharing in the Horizon standard RCA format.
