TPM, card and payments (Banking Domains) Job Description : Manager Data Governance & Management Required Qualifications: BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other similar background 10+ years of program management experience in complex multi-functional environment. 5+ years of experience in leading Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. Drive key goals for EDGP to improve the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities. Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Lineage and techno-functional mind to drive enterprise level initiatives Be highly motivated and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude in a fast paced environment An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has enthusiasm and passion for extraordinary products and services. Employs story telling to articulate product vision.
