Research and analyze the scope of intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbots capabilities. Work with developers, product, and engineering teams to maximize conversions while ensuring a great user experience. Analyze chat history and optimize intents. Experiment with different content formats and styles to deliver unique user experiences. Drive continual content refinement and improvement through content experiments, user feedback, and analysis of performance metrics. Create conversational flows to suit the requirements. Train the chatbot accordingly to understand the linguistic variations of diverse types of users. Debug the bot behavior and fix the issues. Competencies: Digital : Natural Language Processing (NLP), Digital : Chatbots / Conversational Agents Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Introduction to KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies. Java Script, Python, XML, Web Services API skills would be preferred. Analytical, Problem Solving and Coordination SkillsGreat written and oral communication skills Knowledgeable with user centric design Strong language skills, very good with language semantics, vocabulary, and grammar Familiarity with chatbots and voice assistantsTechnology requirements Min 4+ yrs hands on KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python would be preferred Good experience on Conversational AI Platform Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products Good experience in understanding the business requirements and creating chatbots in Kore.ai XO Platform, Search Assist Transforming natural language data into features using NLP techniques, Knowledge on KORE.ai and IVR systems Desirable Skills: Introduction to KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR Technologies.
