Job Title: ServiceNow Architect- Employee Center Pro Location: Malvern, PA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Role Description: 1) 3+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 2+ or ServiceNow implementation experience. 2) Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules 3) Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps) 4) Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics 5) Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills. 6) Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers Essential Skills: 1) Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro 2) Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro 3) Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. 4) Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow 5) Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs 6) Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro 7) Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities. 8) Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle 9) Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles 10) Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies Thanks & Regards, Pradeep Sharma Email: [email protected] "Scalable Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
