IDEAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform. Customize and integrate Kore.AI bots with enterprise applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of developed solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Kore.AI implementations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI and chatbot development. Requirements: Proven experience as a Kore.AI Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Kore.AI platform and its capabilities. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with integrating Kore.AI bots with third-party APIs and enterprise systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
