Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Topeka, KS Must be from above one of the location Role Summary: The Production Support Data Analyst focuses on supporting data accuracy and completeness within the enterprise data warehouse, working within IT to help maintain the enterprise data warehouse architecture. The role will contribute to all aspects of the organizations operations. Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve data issues for the enterprise data warehouse. Create source-to-target mapping documents for application data elements. Load source-to-target mapping documents into the enterprise data warehouse. Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure source-to-target mappings are correctly implemented. Perform data validation and ensure accurate data movement within the enterprise data warehouse architecture. Consult with reporting teams on identified data variances between the warehouse and source systems. Technical Qualifications: 8+ years of data analysis experience within an enterprise data warehouse. 4 years of Policy & Claims Insurance expertise. Advanced SQL knowledge. Proficiency in Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures. Experience in creating and tuning Semantic layer Reporting Views. Strong RDBMS knowledge (SQL Server, DB2), including DDL generation. Familiarity with Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD applications is a plus. General Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Education Requirements: B.S. Degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
