From: abhishek, StellentIT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant, Carrollton, TX 12+ Months Phone + Skype POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Mid-Level Oracle EBS Financial Functional Administrator, Business Analyst, and Oracle Analytics Cloud Functional Administration. This multifaceted position entails administering Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules, acting as a liaison between IT and Finance, supporting various hospitality back-office systems, and overseeing Oracle Analytics Cloud for advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. Oracle EBS Financial System Administration: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of Oracle EBS Financial modules, with a focus on Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger, ensuring they align with business requirements. Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with Finance business teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Oracle EBS Financial modules and associated systems, including hospitality back-office systems. Integration and Interface Management: Act as the primary point of contact for managing integrations between Oracle EBS Financial modules, hospitality back-office systems, and other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. Oracle Analytics Cloud User Administration: Administer User Access management of Oracle Analytics Cloud platform, including data validation, dashboard requirement gathering, and user role management, to provide advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to Finance and other business stakeholders. System Monitoring and Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of Oracle EBS Financial modules and Oracle Analytics Cloud. User Support and Training: Provide responsive user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and training sessions, to empower Finance teams in utilizing Oracle EBS Financial modules, hospitality back-office systems, and Oracle Analytics Cloud effectively. Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization within Oracle EBS Financial modules, hospitality back-office systems, and reporting/analytics processes, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration points, reports, and analytics models, and actively share knowledge with relevant stakeholders to promote cross-functional understanding and collaboration. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that Oracle EBS Financial modules, hospitality back-office systems, and Oracle Analytics Cloud comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices, minimizing risk and ensuring data security and integrity. Job Requirements : Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other team members Work and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other team members and at all levels Work within the appropriate level of independence o Demonstrated adaptability by working effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifts in priorities, and rapid change MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials administration, configuration, and business analysis, with expertise in Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger modules. Experience in Oracle EBS Financials R12.2.X and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a must Proficiency in WebADI and BI Publisher for data analysis, troubleshooting, and report development. Strong understanding of hospitality domain and back-office systems and their integration with Oracle EBS Financial modules. Experience administering Oracle Analytics Cloud, including data quality validation, dashboard business requirement development, and user access management. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa. Understanding of applicable state, federal, and international privacy regulations (HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR) and industry standards (PCI-DSS) required Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle EBS Financials Implementation Specialist, Oracle Analytics Cloud Administrator) are good to have. Experience in business process modeling, optimization, and change management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary. Familiarity with NIST security and privacy standards is preferred.
