Position Overview / Day to Day Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Finance Lead to join our corporate team at a Global End to End CDMO in California. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the corporate ERP system, SAP S4 HANA, and ensuring its optimal performance. Additionally, the candidate will lead the SAP S4 HANA consolidation at the enterprise level, assimilating different ERP systems from subsidiaries while maintaining business as usual at each site during the strategic consolidation process. Top Skills: 7+ years of experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S4 HANA 7+ years of experience managing and optimizing ERP systems 5+ years of experience leading ERP transitions and upgrades Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles Excellent project management and organizational skills Previous experience in the financial industry Nice to Have: Bachelors/Masters degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or PMP. Experience with other ERP systems besides SAP S4 HANA. Familiarity with database management and SQL. Experience with regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
