The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in migrating from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, with a solid background in SAP GL (FICO Module) and CRM Modules. Additionally, experience with Microsoft Azure for deployment and releases is essential. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong capability in setting up best practices, driving innovation, and ensuring optimal solution implementation across multiple teams and technologies Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership and Project Management: Oversee and manage technical developments for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinating with various teams including Process, Testing, and site teams to provide status updates and ensure timely delivery. SAP Migration Expertise: Lead and execute migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Design and implement best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP solution implementation, particularly in the context of migration. Module Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge of SAP GL (FICO Module) and CRM Modules to deliver high-quality solutions, addressing complex business requirements and optimizing SAP functionality. Review and refine SAP solutions to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Innovation and Proof of Concepts (POCs): Design and develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to explore and validate innovative solutions and approaches. Drive innovation within the project by proposing and implementing cutting-edge solutions and technologies. Multi-Technology and Multi-Vendor Coordination: Lead and coordinate efforts across multi-location teams, including onsite, nearshore, and offshore resources. Manage teams working with diverse technologies such as ABAP, FIORI, Middleware, and Analytics, ensuring effective collaboration and integration. Operational Performance and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and enhance operational performance, ensuring consistency in processes, adherence to business controls, and high team performance. Lead crisis management efforts, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and prevent the recurrence of issues. Client Engagement and Solution Formulation: Participate in negotiations related to new opportunities, business-critical issues, or changes in service scope. Formulate, develop, and implement solutions tailored to client requirements, responding effectively to their needs and expectations. Proposal Review and Estimation: Review proposals, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the most effective process solutions. Evaluate and advise on various project proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and resource capabilities.
