Role: Dynamic Product Manager with Experience on Mobile Location:- : Greensboro, NC ( Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: We are looking for a Dynamic Product Manager with Experience on Mobile, SaaS and Web products, majorly in B2C or B2B2C setting and with familiarity of B2B. The right candidate will have successfully performed end to product management for products at different lifecycle stages and led to success. Responsibilities Lead scrum teams to define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog for n+3 sprints, according to business value or ROI. Defina and expand EPICS Create user stories with well articulate Acceptance Criteria and clearly defined Definition of Done. Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams. Prioritize customer ask, conduct methodological feature prioritization Define OKRs, KPIs and Metrics. Define problems, user personas and articulate use cases Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint and release goals. Act as a key point of reference for all the internal queries related to the application Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Updating Release Notes on time In-depth knowledge of agile methodology. Understanding of business value related to features and functions. Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
