Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in refactoring existing flows and email alerts to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and workflows. Design and implement APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems. Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within Salesforce. Refactor existing flows and email alerts to streamline processes and enhance functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide training and support to end-users. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer/Admin. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with API development and integration (REST/SOAP). Proficiency in data migration and data management within Salesforce. Demonstrated experience in the field service industry. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
