This position involves designing and managing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). Preferred: ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITAM Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management. ITIL v3 certification. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Architect and design ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, HAM, and SAM. Lead technical teams, ensuring best practices in coding, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide guidance on module integration, scalability, and performance optimization. Establish and maintain a ServiceNow architectural roadmap. Conduct system analysis and ensure infrastructure integrity. Mentor team members and drive innovation by staying updated with ServiceNow features. Requirements: Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with at least 5 years of experience. Proven experience with ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. Strong background in ITSM and ITIL frameworks. Experience leading technical teams and managing complex implementations. Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant scripting languages. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
