FYI Below is the requirement: Role: GenAI Product Manager Location: Remote (Must live in only Dallas, Scottsdale, Phoenix, or Chicago to go on site if needed) Experience: 12+ Years No OPT/CPT | LinkedIn** Must Have Skills: Product Owner/ Product Manager experience Experience with Gen AI products in contact center space (example: AI chat bot in contact center environment) Someone who can come in door, get familiar, make sure all technical requirements are met, engage with business on user stories, AI technologies experience required Self starter, independent worker GenAI experience is the most important thing. For example transcription work with vendors integration of other products with the Gen AI responsible for future enhancements to the product working with the business to gather requirements own how the business uses the tool Understand the technologies - features and limitations of the technology/ tool Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Next Gen AI Product Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of contact center AI technologies, specifically focusing on agent analysis and transcription tools. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with business stakeholders, defining technical requirements, and managing products from conception to completion. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently navigate challenges and drive product success. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership: Own the AI product lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring all technical and business requirements are met. Contact Center Technologies: Focus on AI tools for contact center applications, such as agent analysis and transcription services. User Stories and Requirements: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, write detailed user stories, and ensure they align with technical specifications. Implementation and Optimization: Work closely with current technologies to implement solutions, determine real-time processing capabilities, and manage performance expectations. Vendor Collaboration: Meet with vendors to discuss product capabilities, ask pertinent questions, and assess how solutions can meet current and future needs. Continuous Improvement: Drive product enhancements and improvements based on gap analysis and user feedback. Technical Translation: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical limitations and features. Future Planning: Conduct gap analysis to identify future needs and ensure the product can evolve to meet these requirements. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI technologies. Proven experience with contact center AI tools and technologies, including agent analysis and transcription services. Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in conducting gap analysis and driving product improvements. Familiarity with API integration and general AI product management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the contact center industry. Familiarity with real-time and delayed processing capabilities for AI technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and assess third-party solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
