| Rate: $90-100/hr. on C2C Max Local TX candidate with state experience Role: Program Manager Location : TX- local only Experience : 15+ Experience with state clients is preferred. HHSC has issued a request for a Program Manager to support the implementation of their new information management system SaaS Aging Information and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS). This PM will provide oversight of this SaaS solutions implementation and should have knowledge and experience working on large system implementation projects and coordinating with 3rd party vendors. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage, track and support the operational scope, technical architecture, outgoing and incoming service vendor resources and costs. Minimum Candidate Characteristics: 10 years of experience supporting system/software development and maintenance projects (Agile and DevOps) Experience on system/data migration projects. Knowledge of software/system architecture. Exceptional Candidate Characteristics: Experience with SaaS solution implementations Experience working with 3rd party vendors. Experience with public health/healthcare systems/programs Expected State Date: October 1, 2024 Location: This is a remote role from anywhere within the State of Texas. I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The SaaS Aging Information and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS), a re-procurement of an Aging and Disability (with an Ombudsman component) information management system, effectively and efficiently supports the maintenance and reporting of data for the Office of Area Agencies on Aging (OAAA), the Office of Aging and Disability Resource Centers (OADRC) and the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman (SLTCO) program. The SAIDMS Program Manager will manage, track and support the operational scope, technical architecture, outgoing and incoming service vendor resources and cost associated with the implementation of the re-procured solution. The SPM will provide, with the outgoing and incoming service vendors, for a fully integrated SaaS solution with a web-based interface using a comprehensive database to store information and generate consistent and accurate reports at all levels for which the system is implemented. The SAIDMS will support multiple concurrent users across the State. System will maintain call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activity, and Ombudsman information needed to satisfy all applicable Federal reporting requirements. II.
