| Hello; Program Manager Location: Lehi, UT or San Jose, CA Long Term Job Summary The Data Governance program is responsible for cataloging data, assets, and content across the company and creating actionable frameworks for policy compliance and reporting. As a program manager reporting into this team, you will plan and execute strategic programs, continuously improve tools and templates and provide actionable playbooks to achieve success. You will also build project plans, gain commitments, resolve interdependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful objective delivery. This is a very cross-functional program and will interlock with teams from security, engineering, privacy, and many other internal stakeholders. In this role, you will provide data driven status reports for broader audience, including program stakeholders and senior leadership while identifying, highlighting, and providing solutions to exposure and risk on the program. Required 2+ years of Project Management experience BS or MS in Information Systems Management or Related Technical Field. Strong customer/partner engagement focus Basic Agile Experience Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with key partners and work well in a highly collaborative environment Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings Effective change manager, attention to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), problem solver, hardworking, bold, and willing to be hands on Desired Experience with Collibra, Alation, or other Data Governance tools Light coding development experience Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and applications -- Keywords: information technology microsoft California Utah Urgent Require_ Data Governance Program Manager_ Lehi, UT or San Jose, CA_ Hybrid [email protected] |
