Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on SAP projects. Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build consensus. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools. Proficiency in SAP Enable Now Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in a related field. Previous experience in a consulting environment. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Experience in large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades. Key Responsibilities: 1. Change Management Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the specific SAP implementation or upgrade. Identify potential change impacts and devise mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals and timelines. 2. Communication Planning and Execution: Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Develop communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content. Organize and facilitate communication events such as town halls, webinars, and workshops. 3. Training and Development: Assess training needs related to the SAP implementation. Develop training plans and materials to ensure users are adequately prepared for the change. Coordinate and deliver training sessions, leveraging various delivery methods (e.g., classroom, online, blended learning).
