Over 800 Java developers are being sought and only 16 have been hired. The difficulty is they must pass to LIVE Coder Pad coding tests in front of other interviewers who will ask them to explain the algorithm or data structure they are using to solve the coding problem. Here is a way to screen the candidates properly. The job is in Dallas, Texas or Salt Lake City, Utah and they have to work five days a week in the office. Make sure they can relocate and start work on day 1. You should only select single people as they are more likely to relocate. If they are married and have children, it is almost impossible for them to relocate, and you would be wasting time with these candidates. If you find any Java candidate who worked for Goldman Sachs or Morgan Stanley or Amazon previously, send them to me as they have had to pass similar timed coding tests previously. If you find candidates who have taken MORE than 5 timed coding tests in their career, they have a much better chance to pass future coding exams If you have candidates who are Java Certified by Oracle or IBM or similar Java certifications, send them to me as they are more like to studied and pass. If a candidate has a private LEETCODE account and can show you he/she practices coding problems after work hours, send me these candidates. Choose resumes of candidates working Fortune 1000 or very large, established companies. Please remember you can only send, H4-EAD and OPT-EAD candidates. Be sure the resumes you send are just 3 pages as you can totally leave out SUMMARY and LIST OF TECHNOLOGIES as my client just ignores those sections Each resume should have dates of graduation for all education. Please take the time to carefully SCREEN the candidates. Probably 95% of the resumes you see you can reject. This is a long-term search as more than 800 Java developers have to be located who can pass the two coding tests. Just keep looking as it will take weeks if not months. Depending upon expertise and years of working experience and in which industry. Please DO NOT send resumes of candidates showing work experience before they have graduated with their undergraduate degree as my client will consider that fabrication of internships or part-time work.
