Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions as per their expectations, secure and sustainable. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide required information to internal teams to help solve those issues. Accountable for commitments made on behalf of Accenture to the client and contributes to overall customer satisfaction. Interact with Delivery team, clients, other responsible parties to deliver committed work to the client. Manage new feature requests, product backlog, and prioritization process in partnership with Microsoft Manage Sprint Activities, scope planning, product backlog monitoring, and prioritization process in partnership with Microsoft. Presents escalations from clients to team and make sure those are addressed with Mitigation plans. Manage Microsoft Service 360 (S360) dashboard to manage service action items and compliance activities as they become defined or discovered.
