| Position:- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Planning Functional Lead Location:- Atlanta, GA (Onsite, 4 days Onsite) Mode of employment:- Contract Interview:- Phone & Skype Rate: $60/hr C2C Job Description: 1. Lead the implementation for Oracle Fusion Cloud Demand Planning module for a large Oracle Fusion transformation program 2. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS (Warehouse Management) modules 3. Conduct requirement and prototype workshops with client stakeholders and document the outcomes 4. Execute fit-gap analysis and identify the right solutions and workarounds 5. Prepare project deliverables as per Oracles OUM implementation methodology 6. Hands on experience and willingness to work on Solutioning, Configuration, Documentation, User Training and solution Testing. 7. Candidate should have minimum 3 Cloud implementation experience 8. Position reports to overall program architect 9. Responsibilities 10. Implement and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Pricing, and Warehouse Management Services, for client projects. 11. Gather and analyze business requirements related to SCM processes and recommend solutions to meet business needs. 12. Conduct requirement workshops with business leads and document the outcomes 13. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to align with business processes and requirements. 14. Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. 15. Conduct user training and create documentation to support the use of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules. 16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with other modules and third-party systems. 17. Keep abreast of updates and new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and advise on their implementation. 18. Create functional design documents and work with developers for custom extensions 19. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members. 20. Participates in competency groups initiatives around creation of internal tools, reusable artifacts and solutions. 21. Required Qualifications 22. Core Expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud Oracle Demand Planning and Oracle Warehouse Management modules 23. Experience in Inventory configurations and functionality 24. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 25. 10+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management Services and Procurement 26. Implementation Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM is mandatory. 27. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 28. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 29. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 30. Oracle SCM Cloud certification is a plus. 31. Preferred Qualifications 32. Preferably based at Atlanta, otherwise willing to travel frequently and regularly 33. Experience in large global multi country and multi-phase transformation programs 34.
