| Hi We are looking Position: Workday Project Manager Location: Philadelphia area - Hybrid-Need locals or nearby only Contract 8+ Years Only H4 EAD,L2S L2 EAD,USC,GC,GC EAD,E3Only Must: workday Experience We are seeking a Workday Project Manager for a hybrid (more remote) opportunity. The role requires project management experience specific to Workday Recruitment & Onboarding. This project addresses the replacement of a legacy e- NTP (Non-Traditional Personnel) application with a Workday Recruiting-based solution. This will align management of NTP resources to Enterprise HR and include business process improvement for onboarding. The Senior Project Manager will manage this complex project, which is part of the eResearch Modernization Program (eRM) for our customer. This individual will work with eRM Program leadership along with our customers HR Technology team to ensure the project aligns with the strategic goals of the department, organization and program, which also includes a focus on process improvement and change management. Candidates are expected to possess experience specific to Workday Recruitment & Onboarding and possess at least 5 years of Workday Human Capital Management project management experience. Ideal candidates will possess prior Business Analysis experience and have worked in a Healthcare or Research related environment. Skills Required Advanced knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge guidelines ( PMBOK) including productivity tools, project charters, work plans and budgets. Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge guidelines ( BABOK) Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies ( Lean, Six Sigma) Advanced knowledge of change management principles including organizational dynamics, change theory, and improvement methods / tools Advanced knowledge of risk management principles Advanced knowledge of healthcare / research operations and systems Advanced proficiency with office software ( Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation & diagramming software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent time management skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical skills Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to gather, analyze and make recommendations/decisions based on data Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to influence others to accomplish tasks outside of the direct span of control Education Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree. An MA/MS degree would be preferred. It is preferred that candidates possess the Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certification.
