We have job opening for the below role. Role: Functional Business Analyst Location: Cleveland, OH (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 12+ years Key Skills: E-Procurement domain is a great advantage Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement processes and needs. Conduct detailed analysis of current procurement systems and identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Work with IT teams to design eProcurement solutions that align with business objectives. Develop functional design documents and workflows to guide system development. Ensure that proposed solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project goals. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and risks. Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of eProcurement solutions. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Document and manage defects and enhancements throughout the testing process. Create user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support to business users during and after system implementation. Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for system improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst, specifically in the eProcurement domain. Strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management. Experience with eProcurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and test cases. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus. Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields (preferred). Experience working in a global or multi-site environment (preferred). Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in procurement (preferred).
