Position: Windows Admin/DataCenter Admin Location: Kansas City, KS (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Job Description: DataCenter Wintel Admin Manage virtual and physical servers with Windows Server 2012 R2. 2016, 2019 and RHEL operating systems Strong exposure in working with customer directly and driving deliverables, issues, improvements, calls etc. Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS operations and troubleshooting Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies, TCP/IP etc Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V Experience in installing, configuring and integrating servers associated with a VMware virtual infrastructure Manage virtualization infrastructures covering vCenter and standalone ESXi environments Strong hands-on experience in building highly available server clusters in a vSphere environment Experience in managing and administering Cisco UCS servers. Expertise in administering OS patch deployment for all corporate endpoints using SCCM, vulnerability remediations Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware vSphere. Strong experience in building and configuring virtual networks, in VM templates used for rapid deployment of virtual machines Excellent scripting / automation skills. Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and server and workstation patching with SCCM Experience administering Active Directory and Group Policy Objects Experience working with Exchange Server and deploying email solutions Strong hands-on experience to manage the physical and virtual environment (VMware) end to end Strong experience in Installing, configuring, and maintaining the organizations Windows servers Realtime experience in monitoring server performance, OS refreshs, migrations Strong troubleshooting skills on windows server issues/connectivity issues etc Create and maintain detailed documentation of all Windows server systems Exposure to ticketing tools like Service Now etc Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
