Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (Both internal and Vendors) Broad experience of technical problem solving and consulting Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends for the purposes of both cost reduction and service improvement. Technical experience in Tulip Software, Business Analysis. Experience in Tulip software globally. 8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment. Should be able to build packages used for deployment. Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations. Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products. New Feature Requests - Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams. System Upgrades - Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions. Provide Tulip software support for any major product related issues. Documentation on solutions/build/upkeep of existing KB articles, Run Books Oversee the provisioning / deployment of solutions. Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment. Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to service strategy & direction.
