| Please share resume at [email protected] Role:- Oracle HCM OTBI/FDI Report and Dashboard Developer Visa Status: GC, US Citizen Required skills: Expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly know as Fusion Analytics Warehouse/FAW)) and Experience with BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) We are seeking an Oracle HCM report and dashboard developer who can independently create low-code OTBI and FDI reports and dashboards, leveraging their HR experience. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for report and dashboard development Independently design and develop reporting and dashboard solutions with minimal guidance, addressing general HR business problems and requirements. Provide comprehensive documentation of assumptions to facilitate functional hand-off. Required Experience: Deep understanding of OTBI subject areas and Fusion Analytics Warehouse/Data Intelligence (FAW/FDI). Expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence (formerly know as Fusion Analytics Warehouse/FAW)) Experience with BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) Proven ability to develop solutions with minimal technical guidance and specifications. Prior experience in an HR department with a strong grasp of HR processes and data. Working knowledge of HCM and FDI security to ensure alignment with a scalable security model. Thanks and Regards!!
