Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting & Integrations SME - Higher Education Location : Remote (All over USA) Mode of Hire : Long-Term Contract Job Description: Summary: Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting and Integrations SME to support a higher education client in optimizing their newly implemented Oracle ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and integration tools, a strong understanding of higher education business processes, and the ability to effectively train and coach end-users. Responsibilities Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and integration tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, APIs, and native reporting functionalities. System Optimization: Analyze existing reporting and integration processes to identify and address inefficiencies, ensuring optimal system performance and data accuracy. Data Modeling and Design: Collaborate with the client to understand their data model and reporting requirements, providing guidance on how to leverage native Oracle HCM tools effectively. Power BI Integration: Develop strategies for extracting data from Oracle HCM Cloud and integrating it into Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization. Security Assessment: Evaluate the current Oracle HCM Cloud security model to determine its impact on reporting capabilities and recommend necessary adjustments. Knowledge Transfer: Mentor and coach the client's team on best practices for utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and integration tools, enabling them to become self-sufficient. Qualifications Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and integrations, with a focus on higher education institutions. In-depth knowledge of Oracle BI, OTBI, API development, and data integration tools. Strong understanding of data modeling and the ability to analyze complex data structures. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and collaborate with clients. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Drivestream implementation methodologies. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
