Role: Business Analyst Location: Cleveland, OH (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 12+ years Key Skills: E-Procurement domain is a great advantage Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Analyze and model current business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement. Develop and propose optimized business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements or new system implementations. Work with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and requirements. Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of solutions. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional design. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with database management and reporting tools is a plus. Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not mandatory.
