| Title: Sr .NET Developer (Snowflake, Snowpark is a must) Location: Onsite at Fort Mill, South Carolina Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based applications Design conceptual, logical and physical database models. Exposure/desired working with AWS cloud platform is a plus Collaborate with other Development teams, Enterprise Architecture and Support teams to design, develop, test and maintain the various platforms and their integration with other systems. Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and prepare documentation outlining platform road map. Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems. Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support. Design and develop core services and components with expertise in service-oriented architecture. Design patterns and coding best practices for the team Technical Qualifications: Senior Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch. Must have architected systems which involves API and message broker integrations. Excellent understanding of SOA principles and design patterns Excellent understanding and writing of SQL server procedures, Views, functions and designing skills. Excellent understanding of system integration. Great track record of implementing the distributed and disconnected systems with legacy and modern technical tools. Excellent knowledge in about pub/sub messaging technologies and patterns Excellent knowledge in caching and exception handling Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of any cloud platform like Amazon Web Service. Skills and Knowledge: Capable of effectively planning, prioritizing and executing tasks utilizing resources and tools Experience working with C#.NET/.Net Core Experience working with Web.API Good to have Trading Knowledge Extensive working experience with SQL server databases. Experience working with container systems like Docker, Kubernetes Exposure/desired working with source control tools like TFS, GIT etc. Exposure/desired working with DevOps tools like TeamCity, Octopus or Jenkins Snowflake, Snowpark: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Snowflake data warehousing platform and be proficient in using Snowpark for data processing and analytics. DBT: Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for modeling data and creating data transformation pipelines is a plus. AWS services (Airflow): The candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows and pipelines. AWS services (Lambda): Proficiency in AWS Lambda for serverless computing and event-driven architecture is essential for this role. AWS services (Glue): The candidate should be well-versed in AWS Glue for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration. Python: Strong programming skills in Python are required for developing data pipelines, data transformations, and automation tasks. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake, AWS services, Python, and DBT. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and implement solutions. Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in data engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in data engineering roles with a focus on Snowflake, AWS services, Python, and DBT. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Technical certifications are a plus.
