Job Description:- is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take charge of analyzing and developing critical, innovative, or complex software solutions within an immature environment. The role involves designing, building, deploying, and maintaining both custom software packages and adaptations of existing ones. This position requires ensuring the stability, scalability, performance, security, and consistency of applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the functional and technical quality of developments through comprehensive testing across various devices and setups. Key Responsibilities: Lean & Agile Mastery: Lead quality and security initiatives (SecByD) and stay updated on DevOps best practices. Collaborate with architects and business counterparts to contribute to and challenge the vision. Functional & Technical Specifications: Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, incorporating market insights. Deliver an exceptional User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) by collaborating with business partners and UX/UI experts. Software Development & Maintenance: Write, test, debug, and maintain beautiful, clean, and complex code using peer-programming. Oversee operability, user acceptance, and implement major changes to existing applications. Develop standards and guidelines, and validate global solutions, including architecture scenarios. Testing & Quality Assurance: Supervise and optimize unit tests and plans, ensuring software quality, security, and consistency. Manage and resolve complex malfunctions, incidents, and bugs. Deployment & Operations: Lead or participate in change management, communication, and training efforts. Build and optimize automated deployments, provide technical support, and ensure the solution is maintained post-deployment. Mentoring & Consulting: Mentor developers and share internal and external best practices. Drive process improvements and enhance ways of working. Technical Environment: DevOps Priority Skills: Priority 1: GIT, PostgreSQL, Linux Priority 2: Kubernetes, Ansible, Kafka, Tomcat, Windows PowerShell Priority 4: D4X, Splunk, Artifactory, T4R DevAnal Priority Skills: Priority 3: Java, Angular, Springboot Priority 5: API Priority 6: Python Team Structure: The Lead Software Engineer will be part of the MF/RD (Manufacturing and R&D) team, focusing on building applications for tire design and materials. The overall team consists of approximately 65 personnel, with the squad comprising 10 members. Non-Technical Skills Required: Strong communication and client management skills Ability to interact with both business and technical teams Fast learner with an analytical mindset and problem-solving approach Proficiency in multitasking and interpersonal skills Experience working in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement Self-motivated, eager to learn, team player, and capable of leading initiatives Pluses for the Position: Prior experience in Professional Services or Consulting Project management experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Lean-Agile project certification or 2+ years of experience using Lean-Agile methodologies Interview Process: Initial interview with Account Manager (AM), followed by one or two interviews with hiring managers and potentially a team member panel.
